Solution

The heating and ventilation equipment in the HM prisons were of an age that had passed their life expectancy whereby replacement parts are discontinued. The equipment also lacks performance with current newer models with more effective efficiency emissions and fuel consumption costs and friendlier to the environment.
Working within the strict codes of conduct within the Detention Centres (Prisons) environment posed extremely challenging time schedules whereby every plan of the installation had to be executed with military precision from start to finish with multiple plant room throughout the prisons requiring a complete replacement of both heating and hot water during the cold winter period where the avoidance of interruption to heating and hot water supplies had to be completed under immense pressure of the adverse effect that the absence of heating and hot water would bring i.e. riots within the compound of the Detention Centres (Prisons).
